Here you can find resources that supported me and my clients. I hope you will find them useful!

A key to heal and support our nervous system is resources. 

Healing is a journey which is unique and different for each of us. 

The importance of feeling safe after trauma is especially important and is an ongoing process, not a destination.

Your nervous system might respond well to some resources while your neighbor’s may feel differently, while exposed to the same tools. And that is all ok!

It is about getting to know yourself by experimenting what feels supportive and regulating for you. Keep what feels right to you and let aside what feels less helpful.

Here repetition and practice are key, as well as the diversity of resources.

Over time as you find what works well for you, you can build your own toolbox of practices. This can be very helpful to have on hand to draw when needed.

You can practice on your own, independently of therapy, but you will get the best results when used in conjunction with therapy.

It also goes hand in hand with my approach of hypnotherapy, which is giving place to your individual resources and imagination rather than following strict protocols. Get to know more about my approach.
