You may be functioning on the outside, but feel emotionally alone or tense inside.Living far from your country of origin — especially as a mother — can intensify feelings of isolation, self-doubt, and not being truly understood. When there is no safe space to express what you carry, emotional pain can quietly settle in the body and in relationships.
This is a place where you can slow down, feel supported, and gently reconnect with yourself — without pressure to “fix” anything or make immediate decisions.

Hi, I’m Justine.
I help individuals who feel overwhelmed with feelings from the past and daily life challenges to regain confidence in their own resources and capabilities. Although I grew up in my birth country Belgium, I spent ten years going back and forth between my home country and various countries abroad. I know how it can feel to have a multicultural life and to be away from one’s roots, family, and support system. I know the excitement and the struggles that can co-exist in such a situation.
I know how important it is to feel understood in our own experience, wherever we decide to settle (even temporarily).
I also believe that people need people and that healing happens in relationship.
I believe that you are worthy of acceptance, love and belonging, wherever you find yourself in the world. I can provide this space for you.
My goal is for you to feel empowered and at peace to live the life you want.

How It Works
1 Book your first consultation
The first will last 1H30. We'll explore your situation and goals, discuss how I work, and practice a tailored technique like hypnosis, EFT, or breathing exercises.
2 Continue with ongoing sessions
We’ll meet about every two weeks, adjusting our approach as new goals emerge. Each 1-hour session will be tailored to your needs, based on your strengths and feedback.
3 Reach your goals
We may end the meetings after reaching your goals or continue with a longer gap between sessions, if your goals and needs have evolved.
You will also receive a follow-up with practices between sessions.
