You may be functioning on the outside, but feel emotionally alone or tense inside.Living far from your country of origin — especially as a mother — can intensify feelings of isolation, self-doubt, and not being truly understood. When there is no safe space to express what you carry, emotional pain can quietly settle in the body and in relationships.
This is a place where you can slow down, feel supported, and gently reconnect with yourself — without pressure to “fix” anything or make immediate decisions.

Hi, I’m Justine
I support women — especially expat mothers — who feel emotionally overwhelmed, alone, or disconnected from themselves as they navigate life abroad and major life transitions.Although I grew up in Belgium, I spent many years moving between my home country and different countries abroad. I know what it means to live between cultures, to be far from family and familiar support, and to hold both excitement and deep inner strain at the same time.
This lived experience, combined with my psychological background, shapes the way I work: with sensitivity, respect for your rhythm, and attention to what is happening beneath the surface.
My goal is for you to feel empowered and at peace to live the life you want.

Individual Therapy
A safe and supportive space to explore what you are living, understand your inner dynamics, and move forward with more clarity and self-trust.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy allows us to work directly with the subconscious, helping shift patterns that insight and willpower often cannot reach.
How It Works
1 First session – laying the foundation
Our first session allows us to take time to understand your situation, your needs, and what you would like to change.
It’s a space to clarify what feels stuck, explain how I work, and begin the process in a way that feels safe and adapted to you.
Some first sessions naturally take a bit more time to allow space for this foundation.
2 Ongoing sessions
We’ll meet about every two weeks, adjusting our approach as new goals emerge. Each 1-hour session will be tailored to your needs, based on your strengths and feedback.
3 Integration and process
We may conclude the work once your goals are reached, or continue with more spaced sessions if your needs change.
The aim is not dependency, but greater autonomy, clarity, and trust in your own resources.
You will also receive a follow-up with practices between sessions.
