My Story

Human beings — their emotions, their inner complexity, their healing — have always been at the heart of my interest. I was first introduced to therapy around the age of 7, and even then, I had the deep intuition that one day I would walk this path myself, not only as a client but as a therapist.

Psychology became a natural choice. But my curiosity and hunger for life couldn’t be contained within the four walls of a university. At 19, I left for a year-long Erasmus exchange, which became the beginning of a long journey of travel, exploration, and personal transformation.

Throughout my twenties, I lived in various countries — sometimes as a traveler, sometimes as an expat. I explored different cultures and languages, encountered shamanic rituals, studied hypnosis, and experienced profound identity shifts. These experiences shaped me just as much as my academic background.

Later, becoming a mother brought yet another layer of depth to my understanding of human life — a journey into vulnerability, strength, and unconditional love.

Today, I draw on all these experiences — academic, personal, cultural, and emotional — to offer authentic and compassionate support. My approach is intuitive, grounded, and centered on helping each person reconnect with their truth and move through their blocks toward a more aligned and fulfilling life.

Who I Work With

As a Belgian psychologist fluent in both French and English, I understand the unique challenges that come with living abroad. An expat myself, I have firsthand experience navigating cultural transitions, identity shifts, and the emotional impact of relocation.

I am passionate about working with multicultural clients, including expatriates, to create a safe, supportive space for transformation.

My approach combines scientific knowledge with a compassionate, client-centered perspective, and spiritual approach ensuring that you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your journey.

I also can support you with trauma and anxiety.

Fun Facts About Me

  • My daughter has opened a gate towards a well of strength and patience within me. She’s my greatest joy.

  • I have a nomad heart. I always feel like changing country to live in. I’m considering myself a human of this world over any kind of nationality.

  • I practice hula-hoop as a dance. My favorite way to play it is on the beach or at music festivals and I always love to share my skills with new learners.

  • I love animals and feel a deep connection to them. Since a little child I always dreaded to eat their meat and felt disgust for it. Later, I decided to become vegetarian for the same reason. I love caring for them.

  • I have an adventurous side. I lived for 2,5 years in a van with my partner, while we traveled the North and Central America. I love skiing and went living two winters at the top of the Swiss alps to be able to ski almost every day.

  • I love exploring the natural world. It makes me feel connected to something greater than me and allows me to reconnect to myself. Water feels like renewing and shifting my energy and walking barefoot is my go-to during the warm month, as much as I can.
